Who is Enzo Amore ?

Enzo Amore was born in Hackensack, New Jersey ^,but grew up in Waldwick, New Jersey.
There, he attended Julia A. Traphagen School and Crescent School and Waldwick High School, where he also played football.
Enzo Amore continued his football career at Division III (NCAA) Salisbury University, playing linebacker and safety for the Sea Gulls from 2007-2009^.
Enzo Amore ultimately earned a degree in journalism.
 He formerly worked as a disc jockey and Ticket Salesman for the New York Jets, a piano mover, and a manager at Hooters.

WRESTLING CAREER 

 
Amore served as a DJ for the New York Jets and as a professional piano mover prior to wrestling. He began training under Joe DeFranco in 2002 and by 2012 he was signed to the WWE developmental system NXT. Amore used the ring name “Eric Anthony” briefly before adopting “Enzo Amore”.
 His first match resulted in a loss to Mason Ryan in May 2013. He then formed the two man team with fellow wrestler Colin Cassady. The duo used various names such as “the realest guys in the room”, and “Enzo & Big Cass”.

Amore was sidelined for seven months after suffering a broken leg in November 2013. Upon his return in 2014, he and teammate Cassady competed in the NXT Tag Team Championship followed by NXT TakeOver: Fatal 4-Way.
 The duo made their main roster debut in an April 2016 episode of Raw. They’ve since defeated ‘The Dudley Boyz’ and ‘The Ascension’.
 Amore suffered a serious injury during a May 2016 WWE Pay-Per View event which left him motionless on the floor. He was reportedly diagnosed with a concussion and has since been discharged from local medical facility.
