Ebuka Obi-Uchendu was born on July 14, 1982 in Benin City, of Edo State Nigeria. He is an origin of Okija, in Anambra state. Born into a family of four, an older brother, an older sister and a younger brother. His father a banker and mother a nurse.Ebuka had his primary education at Benin, Edo State.

After his primary education, he moved with the family to Abuja, the capital city of Nigeria.
He had his secondary education at the Christ The King College in Abuja, and obtained his West African School Certificate in 1997.
He however went further for his Master’s Degree in Law at the Washington College of Law of the American University of Washington DC in the United States of America. While at the Washington College of Law, he specializes in Intellectual Property and Communication Law and Government Program.
