3 charging or battery not contacting  well to its contact .

4 battery contact not functioning very well or being bad.

5 charging IC been week or bad.

6 software problem .

SOLUTION

1 change the charger or the charging pot .

2 change the battery if bad or use correct the correct battery if its wrong type.

3 check the charging pot or set the the battery very well to it contact.

4 contact the battery contact very well its battery  contact if not contacting very well  you change it.

5 heat the the charging IC with rework station if weak  you change it  .

6 flash the phone with computer .
