Profile Of Dr. Uduak Udo-Inyang[" Commissioner for Agriculture and Food"]


Dr. Uduak Udo-Inyang Was Born on October 1, 1965, Udo-Inyang, attended Primary School, Use Ikot Oku in Itu local government area and Regina Coeli, Essene in Ikot Abasi for his primary and secondary schools’ certificates respectively. , is the Commissioner for Agriculture and Food Sufficiency, who was the Best Graduating student in the department of Soil Science, Faculty of Agriculture in the University of Calabar, Cross River State in 1991.
An ample of achievements, Dr. Udo-Inyang, was prior to his appointment, a lecturer in the University of Uyo, where he served as the head, Agricultural Unit, UNIUYO Consult. He had previously worked as a consultant in Madawa Farms Nig. Ltd, Abuja; Saleem and Saleem International and Kano State Agricultural and Rural Development Authority.
After his first degree, the Commissioner proceeded to Ahmadu Bello University, ABU, Zaria, for his M.Sc in Soil Science after which he studied and obtained his doctorate degree from University of Uyo in 2011. Dr. Udo-Inyang has more than 20 publications to his credit.
An indigene of Ukpum Okon clan in Ikot Abasi local government area, the Agric Boss is a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in his LGA and a notable member of the PDP Elders’ Forum, Ukpum Okon Clan.


Dr. Uduak Charles Udo-Inyang brings to the Ministry of Agriculture a rich experience acquired as a consultant in agro-allied companies.
